AA B Corten

AA B Corten

AA 2594M

AA 2594M

AA 2594M is a metal cored wire designed for welding 25Cr type duplex stainless steels especially for Super Duplex grade. Excellent productivity, improved weldability, better wetting properties compared to solid wires. Excellent weld metal quality and X-ray soundness

AA NiCro 600

AA NiCro 600

Propriétés mécaniques élevées et excellente soudabilité grâce à un meilleur mouillage par rapport au fil solide.

AA 904LP

AA 904LP

The Ceweld AA 904L is used for welding materials of similar chemical composition which are used for fabrication of equipment and vessels for handling of sulfuric acid and many chloride containing media. This fluxcored wire may also find applications for joining Type 317L material where improved corrosion resistance in specific media is needed. In order to reduce the propensity for fissuring and hot cracking, the low melting constituents such as carbon, silicon, and phosphorus are controlled to lower levels in this alloy. Suitable for all positions.

AA NiCro 600B

AA NiCro 600B

Latest generation basic slag quality guarantees optimum metallurgical quality and attractive welder appeal. The weld deposit meets the NiCrFe-3 requirements. Better bead aspect and shape compare to solid wires with better arc stability and improved wetting properties with less spatters. Excellent results are also achieved without protective gas.

AA 410

AA 410

AA 410 has higher hardness
and is used in valve seats to obtain better galling resistance. Normally to obtain
adequate ductility, preheat and post-weld heat-treatment are required . AA 410 is a
martensitic stainless steel that is heat-treatable. It has a nominal weld metal composition
of 12% Chromium. These weld deposits are air-hardenable that can normally be
heat-treated after welding

AA R460

AA R460

AA R460 LT

AA R460 LT

Seamless rutile flux cored wire with excellent welding properties combined with extreme impact toughness down to -60ºC. Fast freezing slag for economic welding in PF position up to 280 ampere without any spatters.  Due to the seamless production process this wire is strongly recommended for atomized welding such as with robots. Due to the seamless production process the hydrogen content is below 3ml/100g weld metal even after long storage.

AA R500SR

AA R500SR

AA R500 SR is a seamless rutile cored wire and has excellent modelling ability,
therefore excellent forced position welding in all positions at high amperage. Down
to -60 °C very good impact values are achieved also with very good PWHT results.
Particularly suitable for welding on ceramics in all positions. Low spatter losses, easily
removable slag.

AA R690

AA R690

CEWELD® AA R690 was one of “The first seamless rutile FCW with extreme low hydrogen for S690” Excellent for use in positional welding where high deposition rate is required, suitable for temperatures down to -60 ºC ( with offshore Approval down to -40°C). Excellent for use on ceramic backing and Mag orbital welding in all positions. Extreme low spatter properties and excellent arc stability with fast freezing slag.
