With the "Vibratory Feeder" from Broco Rankin wear and abrasion meets a new enemy. Now you can choose the required grain size of tungsten particles you wish to use for your hardfacing applications. With over 2400 HV hardness and such a extreme rough surface amazing results can be obtained on many different applications.
With the standard well known Mig-process Tungsten particles falls in the molten pool behind the gasnozzle (trailing) where the particles become part of the solidifying weld pool.
